Can someone help me with my code for itunes. Unfortunately I use rapidweaver to podcast and I have read there are a few things Rapidweaver leaves out when publishing the site so itunes does not accept the feed. My RSS feed works and can be subscribed manually though Itunes or with software. Im thinking im using spaces or it looks like I need to number my tracks for my podcast(which sounds odd but, I know itunes is finicky with spaces, symbols etc) thank you so much for the help.after I get my podcast set in Itunes I will be a happy camper! Here is what the validation suggest from the free validator: Congratulations! [Valid RSS] This is a valid RSS feed.

It's better to post the URL of the feed (as you have subsequently done) than the contents of the feed. From the FeedValidator report the feed is basically OK for iTunes. There are several occasions where 'content:encoded' sections (following immediately on 'guid' tags) should be enclosed in. Tags: however all this will be ignored by iTunes anyway and only applies to other readers. The 'potentially dangerous content' referred to by FeedValidator is within the 'content:encoded' tags and so isn't relevant to iTunes. They are referring to an inline css style, and I don't know whether this might cause a problem elsewhere. You should really have a language tag, e.g.

En-us (you have a dc:language tag but that's for a different system). This should be placed in the top section, before the first 'item' tag. It's advisable to have an 'itunes:explicit' tag for each 'item' - yes IF CONTAINS ADULT MATERIAL, OTHERWISE no it's not compulsory if you have no adult material, but you must have a 'yes' if you do. You can check your feed by subscribing in iTunes from the 'Advanced' menu - this has the same result as clicking the 'Subscribe' button on the Store page. If it works OK there you are ready to submit it. Dec 30, 2009 3:09 PM. Apple Footer This site contains user submitted content, comments and opinions and is for informational purposes only.

1997 Z3 2.8L Black with tan leopard interior leather package (heated seats, a/c) OEM 6 disc changer I purchased the car used from a private dealership. Car had 2 owners, kept it garaged, and drove an average of 4200 miles per year. I bought the car in June of 2005 at 39000 miles. The front bumper had a scrape on the bottom spoiler (from a concrete parking stop--grrrr!) so I had it repaired and repainted.

Other than some minor nicks and touch ups, it's a great car. I never owned a 2-seat convertible before and these cars are so hot, it's a simple pleasure each time I drive it around. One distinguishing characteristic about this particular Z3 is the absence of the rollbars. Hello All, my first post will be on my black 97 1.9 Z3.

I live on the tiny island of Okinawa in Japan. The car was brought over from the states. I am originally from New York City. I have way to many mods to list here but the highlights are: Supercharger Fogged intake Aluminum Racing Flywheel Racing Dynamics Strut Brace and Sway bars Chrome Rollbars, 17 inch rims and mirror tint on the hard top to match Bilstein Sport shocks with Eibach springs There are more pics on Cardomain and my website.

On cardomain I am usually near the top of the second page. Look for 'Pimped with Kick':) 34,000 miles weekend driver No sun, no drive!! I just got my Z3 and it's the first BMW I've ever owned. 1999 Z3 2.3 (local dealer says there was no 2.3 that year) Black on Black leather ASC heated seats power roof no tilt no cruise 16' wheels Basically bone stock car bought from a 50 yo woman who is a big BMW fan and only used it as a commuter.

This of course was supposed to be the only reason I was buying it, but I have never owned a car that was left in it's stock configuration. I'm in the proccess of figuring out what I want to do as there are so many mods that can be done to this gorgeous car. Just got him last month. '97, 2.8, 5 speed, 73k miles 5 round spoke OEM 17' wheels silver, black leather interior, black soft top (looking for a hardtop) 6 disk changer no performance mods yet. Carbon fibre laminate on center console (b/c i didnt like the wood finish) and rainbow fog lights (no i'm not gay, i'm a girl, which allows me to have rainbow lights without question:p ) upcoming mods (hopefully by the end of the summer): performance chip, new headers, port polish, suspension, exhaust and some nice magnesium alloys:D.

Although I live in Barcelona (Spain) my 1998 Z3M Roadster was bought in Switzerland. Is metallic black, same color for the hardtop and red/black leather inside.

About 81,000 miles so far (the most of them illegally fast). The car is used mainly in freeways and secondary mountain roads and as often as I can in racing circuits. Has 321 hp (European standard) and still limited at 155 mph but easy averages of about 135 mph (between tank fillings). I love the look (discrete but powerfull and elegant), the engine (I wouldn´t mind more power and torque), the comfort, the traction and the handling. I hate the huge reverse mirror that blocks the view in many mountain curves, the only five speed gearbox, the lack of proper regulation of the steering wheel, the fuel expense and the cloth roof leather cover. 1998 BMW 1998 BMW ///M Roadster This BMW was purchased in March 1998 from the BMW Store in Cincinnati, OH.1999-2000. There were over $60,000 tasteful performance upgrades added, always been garaged and meticulously taken care of with Zymol wax Etc. The car has also never been tracked. Hard top purchased a for the car in 2003 and really give it a mean look. This car is now truly a one of a kind '///M' Car!

Year: 2000 Model: Z3 M Coupe Color: Titanium Silver on Imola Red/Black Miles: 38k on initial buy, 51k current Options: Sunroof, HK sound, BMW business CD (no 6-disc changer) Modifications: blacked-out roundels and emblems, Leather Z chrome shift knob, ProjectorZ headlights w DDEs, Xtec 6000k HIDs, LaminX stoneguard, ACS aluminum pedals, reinforced subframe (Forbes' kit), dual-ear diff cover (from E36 M3), new rear shock mounts, Bilstein shocks, custom 3' catback, 2-piece DPE R16 wheels 18x8f 18x10r, 20% tint Ownership time: Aug 2004-present. I've had my first Z3 for nearly three years now, a 7/97 1.9l in Boston Green, with a Green top and 16' style 42 rims. I've also added Koni Sa struts and shocks, a Racing Dynamics Strut bar, and EBC redstuff pads, the rest is stock. My second is THE racer, a 10/96 2.8l in Artic Silver.

This car is production #36 by the vin. I bought it from TC Kline, who bought it as one of six from BMW.

This chassis donated it drive trans for a 318ti conversion. It's now been reunited with one of TC's 2.8l motors built for World Challenge in '01. The racer has DA coil-overs with racing rate springs, camber/castor plates, a full cage, and a limited slip differential. I plan on running it with both SCCA and BMWCCA CR in ITE/DM, but mid next season I'd like to run ITR/JP, with a little re-tunning.

I'd post pictures, but as I'm new here, I was just infomed that I can't. Look for my race car's web-site. I picked up my Z3 a little over a year ago with 30k on the odometer. I've never had more fun driving a car (and I've had a lot of cars). It's Oxford Green metallic with the tan interior and top. When I bought it, I test drove half a dozen Z3's and BMW of Austin. While there was a black 3.0 and a silver M that I liked quite a bit, the other Z's all had 15k to 25k more miles on them and I decided to go with the low mileage car.

Very few mods so far. I added the wind blocker and replaced the stereo. It's got an Alpine CDA-9855 with XM radio and an Ipod controller. Up front, I installed MB Quart 2-way component speakers with the woofer in the kick panel and the tweeters in the doors. I replaced the speakers behind the seats with a pair of MB Quart 5.25' Coax. I'm still using the factory sub.

Although I may add an external amp and an aftermarket sub designed specifically for the Z3, the system sounds pretty good now even with the top down. Last month, I took the Z on a 2000+ mile road trip from the Texas Hill country over to Taos, NM on up to Boulder, Colorado and back. I was concerned that my back might bother me spending that much time in the roadster but I was comfortable the entire trip. Rain followed me almost every day but I still got some quality top-down driving in. Apparently I don't have permission to post images so I can't add pics.

Enjoying the forum so far. I have an `88 Mercedes 560SEL and use forums regularly to keep it in tip-top shape. All the best, Bill Hibbler.

Just picked up the 99 M Roadster with 25,000 miles. Cosmos black on black/grey leather. Entry point was Canada, so it has daytime running lights and maybe floating brakes, what ever that is. 6 disk in the trunk, cassette in the dash - I remember those! Awfully clean, looks to be totally stock. Off to the pre-purchase inspection tomorrow morning. I have read a bunch of badness about the rear-end and trunk floor pans cracking, etc.

I hope it passes the inspection. I will be adding the LeatherZ nice armrest/cup holder. Also, I have an Alpine CD-9846 that I bought for my boat. Can I install in the M? The general comments on the stock audio are spot on - not so good. I also want to do my own oil changes and filters. What oil do I use?

I have been using Mob 1 in the A8 and filters from a New Mexico European auto parts internet site. Comments or suggestions anyone? Greetings from the southwestern outback of Florida or Mayberry with palm trees! Thought I'd say hello and see what my fellow gearheads are up to. Question for those fellow Z3 owners.anybody find a cheaper price than Bavarian Autosports $ 629.95 for a Remus Exhaust System - 135mm X 75mm Oval Tip system?

We wants one, but an extra C note off the price would be a good thing. See y'all at the Sebring Historics this weekend! Hey.how do you upload a picture from a file? Prompt says via URL and I aints got one to add a pic with.:) Cheers! Drainplug 1998 Z3 1.9 1999 323i.

Yeah.I'm one of those 4 cylinder guys, but I've recently added two rocket boosters and a flux capacitor and a spinnaker for that extra boost in tight spots. Year: 1998 Model: Z3 1.9 Color: The Schwartz II exterior/Tan interior Miles: 26k on initial buy, 65k current Options: All factory, including BMW CD 6-disc changer Modifications: Weighted chrome short shift knob w/ roundel, Nifty Colgan bra and mirror bras, great looking old logo Nurburgring inside windshield decal, chrome nostril grills and lower chrome mesh grill, retro coco mats. Le Mans 24 badge.

Ownership time: Sept 2003-present. Now heading into my third year with a 6/01 2.5i roadster, 5-speed, Black Sapphire/Black/Black. I bought it because: A) My job requires a 40-mile-each-way reverse commute (75 mph rush hours!), and the only car I'd ever owned that could withstand that kind of pounding was a BMW (E21 320i); B) Our kid left for college, relieving us of the need for a practical car; and C) My wife and I like to go fast and turn heads in our leisure time. In summary: 55,000 miles later (just passed 90k), I've never had a moment's regret, in spite of NY metro traffic, bad roads, winters, etc.

Mods are minimal: daytime running lights, intermittent wiper relay, glove box fix. I'm thinking Strong Strut for when the CPO runs out in 10,000 miles or 6 months, but that's about it. And I can't help drooling when I see a Z4 M Coupe. Who knows where THAT will lead?

Being something of an FNG around here I suppose this thread is as good a place as any to introduce myself. I just bought my '99 M Coupe two weekends ago after looking for about 4 months to find the right one. While I had intended to get an Imola car I am now glad I ended up with a 39k Cosmos/DunkelGrau coupe instead as it looks far more sinister and also slightly less obviously juvenile. I bought it from a pharmacist in Kansas City who only put 10k miles on in his 3 years of ownership, and who went all the way to Philly to get it from the original owner after an extended search of his own.

I'm replacing both my faithful '94 325i and my track-toy '88 325iS with this car, although at this point I still need to unload both those cars I will be headed out to AutoX with the KCR SCCA this spring to get a handle on how this car drives in completely stock form before I begin a program of modifications to best run in either ASP or STU - any thoughts as to which class is the more advantageous for setting up this car? Cheers, Christian. My best is 180mpg.

1999 M Roadster Arctic Silver Totally OEM I searched the east coast from Long Island last winter for an M Roadster. I found mine at an Internet chop shop in Fairfax Virginia and the car had just over 67K miles on it. Did a carfax check and it came up with a clean history so I trecked the 156 miles to Fairfax to take a look. The car was horribly abused by the previous owner including smoking in the vehicle. The wheels were curb rashed and there were a dozen or so door dings in each side. The boot cover was missing and the M Mobily system was used and never replenished. Then the used car dealer did a raunchy paint job on the hood and front bumper and painted over stone chips etc.

The car price was the lowest on the east coast and at 16K I thouht what the heck I'd take on this project. In May the car was hit while parked in the passenger door and luckily the lot attendant stopped her before she could bolt.

I took the 1700 dollar check from her insurance company to my favorite body shop and got the door straightened and the entire passenger side plus the hood and front bumper repainted. While in the body shop the owner came up with a full set of oem M roadster wheels and tires mounted balanced and ready to go for 600 bucks. Also replaced the front grills, the roundel which had a stone chip, and installed new clear parking lights. In the end the once beater now looks fabulous!!! I've been a member of this forum since August 2005, but am the original owner of a Titanium Silver 2001 M Roadster.

Only performance mods are Jim Conforti 'Shark' software and Michelin PS2 tires. It came with a hardtop. I'm looking at doing exhaust, upgraded shocks/RSMs (probably not full suspension, I don't autox or track), and IE subframe bushings in the future.

I purchased my car Sept 13, 2001, two days after 9/11. In a moment of weakness, my wife said OK to the purchase.

This is the first car that I've ever longed for, purchased, and then pampered. It's a special car to me. I do my own maintenance (oil/coolant/belts/brakes/sparks/etc) and plan on doing most upgrades myself.

I'm contemplating getting the full Forbes subframe fix-it (pending spousal approval - I think she's jealous of the attention I give the car). At that time, I would also do dual diff cover and 3.38 LSD or 3.64 LSD. I've only had a few issues with my car (MAF, crankshaft position sensor, cold start stumbling), but I like to help out on the forum when I have any insight. Upcoming work that I'll be doing on the car include fuel filter and 'CDV' delete. I might post a DIY on the fuel filter since I can't seem to find a good one. 1998 ///M Roadster Arctic Silver Hard Top All OE, except Stereo Head unit 92k Miles and still strong This is indeed a great family to belong to.

There are some great minds contributing to at least what I have learned about my M. One problem I have is which road to take. She has several things to take care of and I am not sure of whether or not to go OE or aftermarket. I want this car to last and am swaying toward OE primarily, but think there are some great aftermarket additions (brakes/suspension/clutch/shifter) but I'm a semi-old guy and not kin to the bling or track/race genre. I just love this voluptuous powerhouse roadster. I am living a dream and thanks to all of you here at Bimmerforums, this dream won't end anytime soon!

-lync (Pictures to follow in signature). 2001 Z3 3.0 Coupe - 5 speed - Black Sapphire Metallic - 57730 miles as of now Just bought the car a few weeks ago. Car was owned jointly between mother and son. Full maintenance records since 21k miles, all work done at BMW dealer. The son had put on H&R coilovers, H&R rear wheel spacers and a Dinan adjustable camber kit. I read over the install for the Dinan kit and the subframe had to be removed for MIG welding.

I've also inspected the rear for the infamous 'subframe failure' no signs as of yet but I'm saving my pennies for Randy Forbes. I'm doing most of the maintenance and modifications myself. Looking to do IE bushings, Rogue RSM, butt strut, Dinan intake, throttle body and ECU software in the future. The car is immaculate, only one tiny rock chip on the hood.

Car is dangerously low though and needs to be raised at least an inch in the front. Also the car had aftermarket stereo installed including an Alpine head unit and JL rear speakers with JL subs and amp. The subs and amp were removed before final sale. Just removed the sub wiring left over and trying to patch up the hacked up harness in the rear to the factory amp. Also just cleanly installed an iPod connection. Just found this thread, some really nice specimens and its neat to see what previous owners had and what they have now.

Obvious from my sig, Ive got a '02 steel grey M coupe. Got it CPO'd in '05 and since then Ive added H&R springs w/ Koni sport shocks, HIDs, Eisenmann exhaust, Evosport UD pulleys, Supersprint Headers, some small details here and there and then the balck side vents, probably my biggest mod:) hmmm.I gotta take some interior picks.

Hello all, just bought a 2002 BMW 'M' roadster here in Canada. (was shipped from Maryland through auction with one owner registered).

I was looking at a 2000 Z3, but noticed bodywork on lower back corner, so changed my mind. After driving the 'M' that the dealer had also I was sold. It was quite a bit more expensive, but glad I did it. 3.2L, 315BHP 5 Speed Estirol Blue Exterior clear windscreen Black & Blue 2 tone leather Black soft top and Blue hardtop Heated everything (it is in Canada, need HEAT!!!) 30000 miles K & N filter No mods (YET!!). I'm John Bought a '98 Roadster in Atlanta Blue w/tan interior about a month ago.

94k on the odometer and from what I can tell I am the 3rd owner. Car is stock as far as I can tell. Projects lined up for the winter months: -Replace water pump, radiator and anything else I can see needs doing for the cooling system.

-Replace seat bushings. -Replace passenger seat switch. It's sticky at best now. -BMW Service II check list. The previous owner gave me very limited service history so I'm doing all the stuff I can. Love this forum and all the awesome information! 2001 Ti Ag 2.5i - 49,000 miles - 2nd owner as of July '09.

PO took great care of it, although it has evidence of rear end body work. That aside, the shop thought it was probably a 'minor fender-bender' and told me not to hesitate. So the love affair had begun. 1st BMW and have no regrets. Looking for another as a DD (1 series??).

Like it stock so taking it slow. Done: - guibo (had the typical vibration) - front control arm bushings - glovebox fix (from ebay) To Do in Spring: - water pump (preventative) - tensioner pulleys (to hush the 10 seconds of squeeling) - various odds and ends. 1998 hellrot 2.8 roadster with black top and black with wood grain heated seats power top I brought it will a blown engine.

Shipped it to my brother-in-law and his shop in GA from St. My brother-in-law changed out the engine, radiator, water pump, shocks, stuts, tires and brakes. Doesn't look its age or its miles (123,000) and 42,000 miles on the engine. Really looking forward to warmer weather. Too cold for it to go far. It has been to snowy and icy for it to go out and play.

Hey guys my name is John and I was brought to this site by google after looking up stuff for BMW's. This site is pretty popular I must say. Moving on, I used to have a 98 Nissan Altima with 270k. It was total'd on the 18th of this month. Two days ago my half sister drove down from GA to FL and gave me her 96 z3 because my mom gave her a car 25 years ago and she is rich etc. At first I was afraid of what my friends might say because they are Ford/domestic freaks but they complimented the car after I clay bared it and put in 10 more hours of detailing.

And I was afraid it looked a little too cute for my taste. But I must say the car grows on me each passing hour. Ive never owned a car of such good build quality and handling. Car Details: 1995/96 z3 1. 3d Plants And Trees. 9 in Atlanta Blue. Its an automatic unfortunately and has chrome accents and an upgraded stereo. What makes it unique is that its number 6 of 100 z'3 sold in a Nieman Marcus christmas catalogue in 1995 before the car was released.

It has a chrome A piller, door handles and luggage rack. And has a special vin and 007 plaque in front of the shifter.

I hope its a collector and or holds value of the regular z3. Its definately underpowered so I think I plan on keeping it stock except for maybe wheels and suspension. And maybe a mild exhaust mod to hide the buzzy four banger sound. Pics coming soon, my bro has the digital camera. LMK if you guys know where I can get it appraised or w/e.

Thanks I wouldnt change a thing on that car, I would simply just buy a cheap 6 cyl z3 for the mod bug. Its not much of a desireable drivers car, but I think given its history and limited production in the trim, you might have a collector car in some time.

Thanks Welcome to the forum. I'm surprised your screen name hasn't been taken yet. You have one of the earliest Z's of any member here on the board; truly one of the first. Hope you're enjoying it.

This board is indeed a great resource and you will be able to find answers to just about any Z3 related question here. Learn to use the search function as most concerns have probably been addressed at some point in the past and experienced members are more forthcoming with advice if it is apparent you've done your homework first. %26um%3D1 Congrats on a very unique car. This is one car that I would not modify in the least. It may not be the most valuable Z3 on the road but it's certainly one of the most 'collectable'.

IMO - If you'd like something with a little more pep - save up for an integra to use as a DD. 99 M Coupe, Estoril over estoril/black. About 90,500 miles at purchase last month. Bone stock, for now. Bought at the low end of the price range, so have some issues to address -- driver's side window (already done), ventilation fan (resistor on order), wonky oil temp gauge, seat bushings, glove box, possibly ball joints, alignment. Still the realization of a dream.

This joins a 2001 Hellrot II Z3 Coupe 3.0i bought last year, frankly in better condition. Come spring, one of these (probably the Z3) will have to go. Until then: One Coupe, two Coupe, red Coupe, blue Coupe.

I don't think I have posted in here yet - I don't think so. I bought my car May 15th 2009. 99 M Coupe, Estoril over estoril/black.

We need to see some pics very soon. Was this a local purchase? Thanks, Kelvin. Pics will be up when I finally learn how to post something bigger than thumbnails. Bought it from an Audi dealer outside Philly -- PO traded it and a Nissan Xterra on a new Q5. They threw up a bare-bones autotrader ad (which I saw when Jon Martin picked it up -- thanks Jon!) but took it down quickly when they thought they had an out-of-state buyer.

I was right behind him, and when he had second thoughts, I jumped on it. 2001 Z3 Coupe 3.0 - Bought in LA, now in San Francisco. 5sp, Dinan chip, 17's, Titanium Silver over Black, moonroof, heated seats, 3-spoke //M steering wheel. Two owners, all in NorCal, high miles - from maintenance records, owner was commuting from East Bay to SF. Very, very well maintained, looks like a car 1/2 it's age and miles. Needs new valve cover gasket, VANOS rebuild and rear subframe rubber.

First two will be done this weekend, and I have new seats to replace the uncomfortable OEM seats. Also have a radio on order to replace the non-OEM horrible one in there right now.

Can't post attachements or I'd include a picture. I just purchased a 2002 z3 3.0i with hardtop. It's currently being shipped to me. I hope it arrives in one piece. In all honesty I really can't wait. I should be here on the 7th-ish. I'll post better pix once I have her.

This one is from the dealer, it's pretty crappy but it's all I have right now. And my current thought is to put on an 18' staggered set of these on her when I need new tires: Eventually. I have been browsing for quite some time now, but I figured it was time to get it out in the open.

On January 14th, I purchased an Imola Red '99 M Coupe with 88k miles. I had been looking for a little over a year and finally stumbled upon a near-local deal that made my '95 M3 pale in comparison. Link here for the car's info: It has now been nearly 2 months and I can whole-heartedly say that I have a new hobby. Since purchasing I have upgraded the following: Storm V1 shift knob, LeatherZ armrest, door lock pins, chrome banded headlight pull, RE RSM, de-rattle the entire rear end w/ Dynamat and felt, replaced the dead pedal, RE clutch stop, and hardwired Escort 9500ix radar detector. Next on my list is a TC Kline S/A coilover kit, powdercoat the Roadsters, and then onto the supercharger.

I would post pictures, but unfortunately from what I can tell you have to have posted at least 10 times to do that, so they will come in good time. I look forward to taking my baby through her teenage years and taking these forums along for the ride. See everyone around! Cheers, Ryan. Bought in Feb 2012 from 2nd owner 1999 MY Z3 Roadster 54,500 miles 'British Traditional' Edition in Green w/ black interor (dash, carpet) and champagne seats and extended leather. Convertible top is green as well.

I replaced the water pump, hoses, pulleys, thermostat/housing, belts and rad (all aluminum). ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I am very jealous. Currently, my car has a little over 61k miles and is driven the majority of days (I bounce between this and my E90).

I bought it in January with 56,xxx miles. The car was stock with the exception of a Strong Strut bar.

The car did not come with the hard top. Also, I'm the 6th owner! (somehow this car got lucky and doesn't seem to have had an owner who neglected it). Subframe was inspected by myself prior to purchase (dealership was VERY nice and let me under the lift to see for myself) and I couldn't find so much as a popped weld (crossing fingers).

My goal for the car is to just turn it into what I consider would be the perfect daily driver. 1997 Montreal Blue 2.8 Roadster Automatic since it was bought as a DD and so the wife could drive it. It's at about 100k miles (160k Kms) Had it for 3 years now, but it sat for a year, unregistered while I renovated a place to live and didn't have time to do the work on it.

478300 Bought this back in 2000 off-lease. Had 13,231 miles then. Just turned 65,000 this summer. Just put it in my buddy's garage for the winter (we don't have one unfortunately, but I'm trying to at least get out sunporch converted back into a car port this winter). Previous owner installed the rollbars, which were optional back in 97. Like the look and the extra bit of safety (for as safe as these cars are). Didn't do much to it until the past two years.

Completely redid the stereo, including installing a 6' sub in the dual 5-1/4' subbox (a royal pain, but worth it). Just put a B12 kit on it about a month ago. What an improvement!

Have subframe, diff, and rtabs in the trunk that I have to do. Just bought an E36 M3 last week (also hellrot). Plan to put the M-Contours on the Z3 as I think it would look really good, and put ARC-8s on the M3. I need a new top (big surprise), but since I only drive it in the spring/summer and in nice weather, I've been avoiding it for 'fun stuff'. I'll need to do the radiator/water pump this spring and it is looking like (another) secondary air pump, but oh well.

Love that car. Will only leave my possession when I'm dead.:D. Just got my first coupe.

Ive loved this body since I was 13 or so and now its finally mine. The car is in pretty rough shape as the previous owner was in an accident but I am very excited to get this car back on the road hopefully soon. I am going to need quite a bit of body parts.

Here are the details: 1999 z3 2.8 coupe, 5spd, 56k miles, all stock silver on black. Has HK subwoofer and alpine cd changer. I know the pics are a bit rough to look at but heres how I got it: ((Here she is stripped down a bit to asses the extent of the damage. Found a 1998 Z3 w/ 2.8L. Exactly what I was looking for for nearly a year. Silver with Black Top, and Red Seats. 5 Speed w/ 17' wheels.

The car is virtually new, and just now turned 10,000 miles. I have not been able to register it yet because I refuse to drive it in the snow to get it inspected.

The only mods I have done is replacing the factory stereo with a top of the line Kenwood system, as well as the armrest/cup holder from LeatherZ. Having owned a Triumph TR250 for over 20 years, and also a Miata for 10 years, I have to say this car is a better all-around roadster than either of them.

Hoping to drive this one for the next 20 years.56. I've been here a while but I've got a pretty typical Z3: Owned since August 2010, 6th owner. My car got around. 2001 2.5 79,XXX Miles Autotragic Titanium Silver/Black Top/Black interior Sport Seats (heated for winters in Hawaii) & ///M Steering wheel ///M Suspension & HD Mounts all around Stock 16x7 Style 42 Wheels Kenwood head unit with Shallow Rockford 10' in a custom box with Pioneer Amp (not trying to rattle anything, just add a little bass) Cosmos Racing Strut Bar (It was cheap and TMS was on backorder) Homemade Intake Future Plans: Cooling system overhaul (parts already ordered) New Tires (maybe wheels too) Stainless Brake Lines (already purchased) New rear window Shark Injector Matching M Coupe. Details on the coupe will be posted when I buy it (hopefully in a few weeks). Thank you to all you veteran Bimmerforum Z3 members!

I studied this forum extensively prior to making an offer. Many of you helped inform my decision and I bought a 2001 Z3 3.0i: Purchase criteria: 3L, manual. Thank you to the veteran members of the Z3 Forum on Bimmerforums, I studied the forum before buying my first BMW.

I had three criteria for the acquisition. 1997 Montreal Blue 2.8 Roadster. Also considering adding an M Coupe as a stablemate - there are supposedly about 40 ever here in AU and I've seen at least one has been totalled recently - was looking at parts:) - but since they're so rare, they're not cheap! I could get a 7 year newer Z4 M Coupe for $2k more! And now I have a Cosmos Black/Imola interior S50 M Coupe. And the best part, the wife thinks it's great!:) (M Power (by ssbuchanan (on Flickr.

Mine is a 1997 Z3 2.8 Automatic (I can't drive a stick). Black, with a black rag top and a tan interior. I happen to like the wood grain interior and don't plan on changing it out:-) 109K on it, few minor dings, need to take it to a paintless dent removal guy and let him have a field day.

Free Download Driver Bluetooth Usb Dongle here. Mods: New Stereo New speakers New wheel emblems(all of the stickers had fallen off when I had bought the car) Seat bushings I had to try and fix the really busted up subwoofer cover. I did a damned good job too, however it is now black along with the top of the seatbelt posts because I couldn't pain to match the interior had to bleed the coolant (big project for me, my first time really doing anything under the hood other than washer fluid) Planned upgrades(next few days/weeks) NOS (2004 model) Super sprint exhaust K&N Cold Air filter system Water pump (The Stuart probably) Aluminum pulleys Cooling system overhaul (Maybe. Not sure if there is a value) All in all, I bought her to be a nice day driver. I finally got her out and on the road today, have to clean the hell out of her because of the melting snow, but it was worth it to cruise around for a while (Convertible down in 44 degree weather). Not planing performance mods, she is beautiful and perfect as far as I am concerned. 2000 Z3M roadster w/ hardtop Titanium w/ black/black 81K Dinan stage 1 Full cooling system overhaul total fluid exchange for all amzoil products in engine/cooling jacket/transmission/rear end/brakes/clutch mechanical fan clutch delete bilstiens HD's all around powerflex rear subframe bushings UUC stailess steel clutch line clutch pedel bushings NGK plugs All done with the expert work of my good friend Kelly Williams of Mod Squad Motorsports. I highly recommend him and his work is excellent.
