For example, yesterday I set the loaf size, the baking time, the crust color, and the baking type, in that order. When I pushed 'start' the loaf size and baking time went back to default.
It didn't affect the bread fortunately. The instructions could be clearer but with careful reading and page marking you can figure it out. Each loaf bakes perfectly every time without any adjustments for high altitude (5280 feet). I like that the baking can be delayed so I can time it to be ready when I can eat it warm. The recipes are good, my favorites being the italian herb bread and the raisin bread. It's a money saver too!
