It is probably already installed on your computer if you plugged it in and turned it on running XP. As Noyb suggests you will find it in My Computer with a drive letter labeled either Removable drive or Camera, but only when it is connected and maybe only when it is switched on. If you dont have XP you will have to find out what kind of camera you have as the driver will be specific to the camera or brand.
This is your best bet make sure the camera is plugged in and turned on when you run it: If your computer says there is a dual mode camera connected Belarc will likely find it. If that doesnt work, there is usually a plaque of some sort with model and serial number. Plug whatever information other than the serial number into Google and see if it cant locate a site where you can find a driver. Belarc didnt find anything at all. I dont think. Alrite well here is exactly what happens.

Hi everybody: I own two of this little keychain digital cameras and even when they look pretty much the same, they are not. The older one says 'SMART'at the front top part, and at the bottom front part of the battery lid reads: 'Mini Digital Camera' This one I don't have the driver or cable but it works fine.
Apparently is only a digital STIL camera. The newest one doesn't say nothing at the front top-left corner and on the front-bottom on the batery lid reads' 'INNOVAGE Mini Digital Camera' For this one I do have everything: User Manual CD and cable. This one is a DUAL MODE digital camera and you can use it a digital still, you can take mini movies and also use as a web camera. I installed under the still-ful-of-errors windows 'Need glasses' also known as 'Vista' (which means Vision, looks, etc in spanish) and it DID WORK for my great surprise. It also works under Live Messenger even when it tells you that you don't have a web-cam installed, it does allow you to use it as such.

Now, I tried to plug the old cammera using the cable of the new one and the part that goes into the camera (4-pin mini-B connector) it has a modification that allows it only to fit in the newer model. If somebody needs the cable here is the first link I've found, meaning I haven't look for prices: If you want to do it yourself, I would look on this web site: It's very good.
Now, I forced the conector into the old camera port and windows told me right aways that that camera was different than the one I had just installed, first of all it recognized it as a STIL camera and then asked me for the drivers. I click cancel and when I double clicked the icon of the new cammera in the desktop I receive the same message you got, so I suppose Jo-Jo that you have installed a driver that is not compatible with the camera you have. BTW, I downloaded the drivers posted by buncle here: and they are the ones I have. Hope this helps you and everybody else. Happy 2008 and Peace to the WORLD!!!
When I plugged the old one, it recognized it as a digital stil, not a DUAL one.
