Razer Deathadder Driver Without Synapse
Probably under the wrong thread or something feel free to move. I've been having a lot of problems with my deathadder 2013 after using the synapse software. I'm not here to bash and complain about the software I think it's great and very user friendly. When I have the synapse software installed my computer boots up around 10 seconds but I cannot move my mouse at all for over 15 seconds waiting for the software to take control of the mouse. Although this issue is rather annoying it isn't my primary cause for seeking help.
My mouse stutters and lags out randomly since the software was installed. I've changed USB ports and tested the mouse for days without the software and the mouse never stuttered once. It basically lags out causing the mouse to move very slowly and jump to where its suppose to be it doesn't stop the mouse entirely.
This can even be seen on my desktop and in video games. If need be I can very easily record the stuttered issue but it does go away without the software running.
Just wondering if it's at all possible to configure the macros and especially the colours/lighting on a Razer Mamba mouse without using the Synapse software.
An easily solution for most people would be to just uninstall the software and use the mouse normally, but I need to have two DPI profiles on my mouse for my gaming sensitivity. I wish there was a way I could rotate between 2000 DPI and 6400 DPI without using the software. I just loaded this on my PC last night with my newly acquired DeathAdder Chroma, and I don't have this issue. Download Sounds Like Virtual Barbershop. As with any USB mouse as soon as the USB port activates on your PC which should be shortly after you hit the power button the mouse should be responsive.
If the Software was the issue when you first plugged in the mouse before you downloaded the software it would not work, but it does. Now if its 15 seconds before the customer lights and button layout take affect that's one thing but the mouse should always work. If this is not the case you may either have an issue with you USB driver or maybe some issue with the mouse it self.
I would take the mouse to a computer that does not have this software installed. Shut that computer down, plug it in, boot it and see if you have the same issue.
All my other USB devices activate as soon as my PC starts except my razer mouse. This issue does not occur when I have the software uninstalled. The mouse has worked 100% fine with no issues until I downloaded the software. When the computer boots the mouse is powered up and the lights are on, but I cannot move it. I do not think this is a USB because the mouse works 100% fine when I have the software uninstalled. My old DeathAdder does not have this problem when using Synapse, but my 2013 one does. There are a lot of complaints of the stuttering issue and slow boot on countless threads if you google the issue.
The only solutions people had were using the old legacy drivers which aren't available for the 2013 or stop using razer mice. Windows 7 64 bit. Mouse works perfectly fine default. Razer has been making products for years since the release of synapse. Das Buch Der Geheimnisse Osho Pdf Book.
Only issue is I'm unable to change my DPI on the fly without the software. Many people have this issue with synapse and have stopped using Razer products.
The only fixes they had were being linked to old legacy drivers by the support team. I'll try to send this mouse back for RMA since it's having a few issues anyway. The click on the scroll wheel has stopped working and the rubber side grip is coming off.
Maybe I'll try the chroma even tho it's the exact same mouse and sensor.
